I'm 18 so there's no puberty risks since I've been over that like 8 years ago, I want to know if it actually works. I know some people say you'll just gain the weight back because you're likely to binge after but if I have discipline and remain on a cal deficit after I stop will I lose a lot of weight? Don't tell me to just deficit because I was doing 900 cals/day for like 7 months and lost 20KG but it plateaued and I want to lose more now. How much has anyone lost doing it for a short time?

Just stick to a long term caloric deficit

What amount do you recommend? I could be pretty consistent when I was on 900 save the occasional binge every few weeks
Idk your age, height, actual weight etc but you should stick to 1200 cals so there is room for proteins, who will reduce cravings long term

Starving yourself is a waste of time, you will be skinny but the rest of your features will degrade, (hair, skin, teeth)

I mean how much can It actually degrade? if I'm not looking to do it long term just maybe 2 months of intervals

Your skin will definitely get worse in that amount of time, and theres no point in starving for 2 months when you could just as easily lose weight normally in that time without depriving yourself of nutrition. (Not to mention the amount of people that say they will stop after a certain amount of time and then end up with an eating disorder)
