(177 cm 72 kg 20%-22% bodyfat)I have two choices
Either I get down to 65 kg very quickly and risk losing muscle or not getting enough muscle or whatever
Or I start eating a lot of food and protein and building muscle while in a slight deficit so that by the end of the month I might only lose 2 kg but I'll gain some lean mass maybe 0.5-1 kg and all of the weight lost would be fat and water so therefore I'll be leaner at like 70 kg compared to 65 and then I can just keep doing this until I build a lot of muscle and get very lean but it's just gonna take a lot of time
