genuinely changes the game, it’s not something you can use in the long term consistently, but for first impressions it’s really fucking useful (no pun intended). even if you don’t respond the best to the drug, it gives u at least an extra 5% in girth/length. most people see like a 10% improvement in erection quality, with some of you gooners on the forum it could easily be 15%+.
