What's your skin routine? Are you using any thick products?

it may be fungal acne, if so use a ketoconazole shampoo

Peach and lily glass toner asap.

what toner would you recommend? or should i buy a routine
Peach and lily glass skin toner is the one i use now. However innisfree pha toner is better for your skin rn, its strong.

no all i use at night is pan oxyl and just some aveeno moisturizer
Photo 1 looks like you're dealing with hyperpigmentation+bumps, and the other photo is looks like you're dealing with closed comedones / micro comedones or it could be folliculitis (Probably not because you're using panoxyl).

Overall, to deal with both issues, you can incorporate a retinoid, any OTC, or if you can get one prescribed tretinoin/tazarotene. Also, wear sunscreen too as well so the hyperpigmentation doesn't worsen.

I would've included BHA/AHA's but since you alr mentioned Salicylic acid not working, I would just stop using that entirely.
