I have tried since December every night to sleep on my back and I just can’t. Every single time I do I sit there for a half hour and then give up and go to sleep on my side. Is it true that I should try sleeping on my other side to correct the facial unevenness caused by sleeping on my side or is that cope?

Just sleep in a position that feels comfortable

You could try sleeping without a pillow I guess but idk
