Yeah I just wanted to show how important sodium intake is and eating so I did a little experiment and those are the results

I have tried it I will continue trying it but I haven’t seen a difference eating a lot of potassium versus not I think it is good if you have eaten a lot of sodium potassium helps reduce bloating but nothing more really
