Sleep well eat well, maybe take supplements if you're deficient but you shouldn't be if you're diet is well balanced. Tbh the heightpill don't matter for foids so just stop stressing

you can make sure to have good posture, this way you won't look shorter than u are, also, wear heels ig? Irl men don't care so much abt girls being short, and usually, they prefer it. Being short as a foid makes you more approachable.
