I think women are shit at throwing things because of various reasons but Im not buying the fact that their biological makeup is the answer...

From an early age they are taught to carry themselves in a feminine way and they don’t do anything which requires heavy exertion. The way men throw shit is literally the most effective way of doing it because they are throwing shit around at an early age

agree. its probably just culture and personality. wikipedia says estrogen is effective for muscle gains. the advantage of estrogen is long term endurance (such as walking 100 miles.) mens are more fast twitch fibers for short bursts. but that shouldn't explain why females do not throw footballs like a missile. even sheldon could throw a football like a missile on his first try even though he is weak.
