The shape of your nose completely dictates how the rest of your features look, it’s the secondary focal point of the face (after the eyes) and is in the direct center of your face. Notice in the examples how because of a simple nose surgery, the rest of the features and their overall face is much more balanced and appealing

Your nose can seriously make or break your face; and while it’s not the only factor in your facial harmony and balance, it should always be in the conversation

Although, that being said, many people, mostly women, find their face - namely their side-profile - to be unharmonious and opt for a rhinoplasty, or another nose altering procedure. This is not the fix all solution however, it’s important to have a holistic approach and look at all your features together; some of the time when people get these procedures done what they should be focusing on is their chin, women have naturally weaker chins, and it’s not as much of a necessity in female appeal as it is in male appeal. This causes the woman’s chin to be left, and the nose to be altered, when in many cases it would produce a more harmonious and balanced face if that were flipped. Notice the first picture and how he already had great chin projection, so in that case his nose was in fact the main detractor of balance.

nose + chin projection
ive seen peaple ascend with the rhino + chin augmentation combo
