Chicken liver 2-5$ lb
Beef Heart 3-7$ lb
Brains AI estimate: 5-10$ lb
Cheap way to get a ton of micronutrients
Wouldn't recommend eating supermarket organs raw though
These aren't high in pure calories though or protein
Vegetable oils have an extremely high calorie/dollar ratio but of course that would fuck up omega 6 balance, would rather not
Rice has an extremely high calorie/dollar ratio if bought in bulk, and so does peanut butter, these form a complete protein.
Slave diet but would be inexpensive + get enough nutrients and macros
@Nairod

I meant for this to be a slave diet tbh, will prob eat in college
All jokes aside it’s actually rly good maybe even ideal for the broke college kid

Really good for the budget

Hell no, also I would add in some inexpensive trail mix, sugar for workouts, some chocolate, fruits from raisins, and nuts
@ey88 thoughts?
Nuts are useless
Eat that , add muscle meat and fruits
That should be ideal

Muscle meat only mogs organs in zinc and protein, not worth the extra expense
Nuts aren't great but it's a combo
I'll have raisins

Muscle meat with good chunks of fat = high in calories+ high in micronutrients

Muscle meat with good chunks of fat = high in calories+ high in micronutrients
The organs have superior micronutrients that I would already be meeting, muscle meat fats are more likely to store toxins
If i felt cravings for fat i would get beef suet, muscle meat isn't calorie/dollar efficient either

This is meant to be a cheap diet anyways, cba to get full micronutrients with full animal sources

Trail mix + organs + rice + peanut butter is actualy a legit inexpensive "normie" diet that fits all the micronutrients wtf @ey88
Ik its not carnivore or paul saladino or whatever but you will have great performance on this for a low price
