Greetings friends from across the world.
I've been fasting for a few days (water fasting to be exact) and I've been craving sweets since the day 3 and I really don't want to break my fast🥲 (I've lost 2kg since the day started water fasting)

Currently 60kg, 175 in centimeters.

Idk I drink zero drinks for sweet cravings, sometimes I freeze it so I have smth to chew on

Of course not, lol.
But regardless of how you’re losing weight, it’s never just fat. Fasting is a quick method for weight loss and if someone has the discipline to stick to it why discourage them?

Bc it’s better to just eat in a damn calorie deficit. You’ll be able to eat the foods you want just as long as you reach calorie count. You’ll productively lose weight if you do it properly and won’t waste your time starving yourself.

Well speaking from my experience, not eating is much easier for some people than eating in a calorie deficit. I don’t like counting calories, I just omad small portions and everything is going well 🤷🏻‍♀️

Alright, but long term fasting also offers many benefits. If she follows it up with a healthy, balanced diet, she’s likely to see significant improvements in her skin, gut health, etc.
