help a brother build a bigger neck. Pls link any guides or exercises that helps with width. And are neck trainers legit?

(Need to start wearing concealer for my undereyes too now that I’m looking at it)

Mirin but yeah you need a bigger neck asap, there are a lot exercises on how to get a wider neck out there but you should be careful cuz I heard you can get sleep apnea and other shit if you do it with bad form

I see, I feel like it’s gonna take me forever to build a bigger neck, but I’ve been doing neck curls for a while and haven’t seen much progress at all. Do they target the sides of the neck?

Expensive but this is what we use to train neck for combat sports

They do normally target the sides of the neck but for some ppl it takes longer to notice any results
