im 172cm tall and im 43kg. ive always been really skinny my whole life, and this is genetics as i eat a lot, and my mum was also really skinny. this has always been an insecurity of mine, as im so tall and skinny. ive tried everything to get to 50kg, but it hasn’t been successful. does anyone have any advice please?

lift and increase caloric surplus + 100-200 every week until you gain mass, always lean bulk, better to be lean and smaller than bulky and fat
