I cant tell if this is fillers or jaw training

Although I swear by training your jaw, you can only achieve so much. This is more than likely implants.

Yes, some people disregard masseter training and chewing, and call it cope. I can attest that it does in fact work.

Jaw training can only train your masseters. So if you have shit masseter muscle, then sure it can improve ur jaw. Otherwise it won’t do jack shit
