Trying to get to 19-19.5 bmi

stuff ive done so far
going back to school so more steps
cut my meals from 3 times a day to 2 small meals or 1 large one w no or one snack
2 sets of weights 15 reps each (theyre low in weight so its more for cardio maybe 10lbs each)
plank 15 reps (looks ridiculous but works)
do yall think i can do it, am at 20.6 bmi rn
any tips?

spam stairmaster if u go gym, black coffee and zero sugar coke throughout the day when ur hungry (smoking or vaping lowkey helps) try omad and make ur one meal high protein but mainly veggies, green tea with lemon
