I've been trying to lose weight due to me feeling like I had too much fat on me. I used to be around 115-118 (around that i don't friggen remember) and my height is 4'11.
i'm 107 now and I feel really good
healthy methods I used
-drinking a LOT of water (3 liters)
- replacing snacks with fruit, like strawberries and bananas (eating bananas helps with debloating)
- working out, I did cardio and spammed leg press. cardio is more effective for losing weight imo
- smaller food portions, I didn't starve myself but I was careful with what I was eating
- sleeping more so my body can regenerate
- green tea. a LOT of green tea
im not gonna get into the other stuff I didn't because I don't want to promote shit that's gonna harm your body
yeye that's it, my goal is to be either 100lbs or 105lbs.
