this isn't super duper crazy but I'm finally around 107-109 (used to be 115-117) my goal is either 100lbs or 105lbs so whatever I'm doing is working :unsure: :unsure:
I will not be posting actual progress bc of my age + I don't want people gooning to my half-assed waist pictures
pretty sure I've been doing this for almost a week or two now? but i just started putting in more effort recently, ik a losing couple pounds isn't that crazy but at least the number looks pretty 🤕

methods I'm doing ( I wouldn't recommend most of these tho)
watermaxxing, 4L daily

drinking organic green tea (hot and iced) peach green tea is my favorite

small portioning as in eating half of every food I get

spamming nicotine (pls don't get into smoking)

whenever I don't have wrestling practice i'll do workouts in my room for 20-30 minutes

snacking on fruits instead of eating slop

fruits fruits and more fruits

being productive to avoid eating when I'm "bored"

I'm stopping that fuckass all liquid diet so I'm slowly adding more food into my daily consumption

Weight shouldn't be a concern at your age unless you're obese

Seek professional help, only eating fruits while you're in your development is not good. For your overall development and mobile and cognitive abilities it's best to eat at your maintenance and to get a diet rich in animal based foods (meat, dairy products, eggs), vegetables, legumes and cereals (wheat, rice, oats). Really weight shouldn't matter at all under 18 since you're not done growing and you're most probably not fat and can fuck up your face fat pads in the long term.

thank you so much genuinely, my parents don't really buy enough groceries so it's lowk hard for me to have good maintenance. but I will start including other foods once I stop feeling sick all the time (even before I started "dieting") , i'm good with cooking so I'll try to be resourceful with whatever I have at home 😭

yeah basically, I don't understand my mom tho she's always talking about "I don't have money" blah blah blah but she orders takeout all the time..? there's nothing wrong with not wanting to cook all the time but we could be saving SO MUCH money if we buy groceries. by the end of the week she barely has anything in her bank account, i'm grateful to have food on the table but not everyone wants to eat fastfood all the time. I love my mom tho 😓 ✌️

Talk about it with her. This seems like an unhealthy and problematic behavior to adopt, both for health and financial security.

I wouldn't say you have to be obese to lose weight as a teen, but you shouldn't unless your bmi is over 22, yours isn't though unless your really short. If that was the case you'd want to be in a MILD calorie deficit and increase activity. I have to tell you to seek help if you're thinking you might be anorexic, if it's only been going on for a week or two try to snap yourself out of it, plus ask your mom to order takeout less, tell her it's making you feel sick, offer to help her cook.

sometimes I go thru cycles of not eating/ not eating enough even if I don't care about the way my body looks I still feel sick just by looking at food, I've mentioned this on an old thread before but last year I used to be 89-100lbs. therapy and nutritionists didn't do shit I told them what was going on with me and lwk brushed it aside.
I am trying to add more food into my system tho ❤️
