what are good carb sources

basically in general but i dont want huge blood sugar spikes bc of acne
rice
potatoes
bananas
rice cakes
oat meal

but for pre workout it’s best to eat a fast digesting carb 30 minutes before hitting the gym

complex carbs can work for pre workout just eat it like 30-60 minutes before hitting the gym depending on what you eat
