You can try almond, jojoba oil, whipped tallow, mutton tallow and even refined lard. Pure glycerin and hyaluronic acid also if you have a really dry skin.

For washing use plain Marseille soap as it's nourishing for the skin

Get your hydration in check and don't rely on caffeinated products, drink water

And you should wash instead of shaving unless you have access to laser treatments
