To lazy to count in calorie,macros and micros
(Meal 1) Breakfast:
4 eggs
1 Glass of orange juice (300ml)
Apricots,lost count but a lot of them
4 Mandarins
2 KitKats
Noon drinks and snacks:
330ml of Coca Cola,last one from Guadalajara
500ml of lemonade
Few bites of beef jerky I made a few days ago
(Meal 2) Lunch,afternoon:
Half a rotisserie chicken
Around 500g of baked potatoes
2 eggs again,this time sunny sides since I usually eat omelette
1 glass of milk (300ml)
(Meal 3) Dinner,Evening:
6 eggs
1 glass of milk (300ml)
4 bananas
3 tomatoes
(Sweet tooth), night:
1 glass of orange juice
1 pint of strawberry ice cream
Plain yogurt,I’d say a small bowl
