Am I hitting everything? I'm currently taking daily:
  • Creatine - 5,000mg
  • Vitamin D - 2,000 IU
  • Zinc - 30mg
  • Omega-3s - 2,000mg
  • Tongkat Ali - 500mg (I only take this one on weekdays to try to prevent tolerance)

ahh, could you do orals or peptides?
After some very brief research. Most likely not, WADA’s rule about banned substances is pretty broad: A substance can be banned if it meets any two of the following criteria: It enhances “or could enhance” performance, it poses a health risk, or it violates the “spirit of competition.” So things like anabolic steroids or blood doping would of course be illegal, but also things like stimulants or even beta blockers are illegal in certain sports (like mine).

ALL COPE. The only "supplement" worth taking is meth.

Stop taking all of that bullshit

Prohormones
High dose boron

Stuff i dont think would appear on a bloodwork test

Insulin, fst344, Cjc ipa, etc

Creatine monohydrate is usually pretty well tolerated tbh
the only real possible issues are
-potential intracellular water retention which could basically alter osmotic balance
-transient gastrointestinal dysregulation in sensitive individuls
-once phosphocreatine stores additional saturated intake could have diminishing returns
Vitamin D
mostly cofactor imbalance issues tbh b/c
-vitamin d increases intestinal calcium absorption which can basically elevate serum calcium if intake is excessive
-chronic vitamin d supplementation without vitamin k2 could pretty much alter vascular calcification dynamics
-individuls with high baseline 25{OH}D levels could get a higher hypervitaminosis risk
Zinc
-zinc intake at 30 mg can induce copper depletion from the competitive inhibition of intestinal metallothionein transporters
-high zinc intake can basically dysregulate immune cell signaling (particularly {T}‑cell function)
-high zinc intake can reduce {HDL} cholesterol in some ppl
Omega 3
-low quality fish oil can experiencee lipid peroxidation this could basically just generate oxidized {EPA/DHA}
-oxidized omega 3s could possibly increase systemic oxidative stress instead of just reducing it
-high doses could basically mildly change platelet aggregation
Tongkat Ali
-tongkat ali pretty much modulates hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis signaling but extract potency varies a lot tbh
-some extracts could possibly contain quassinoids that could increase cortisol or even just induce sympathoadrenal activation
-tolerance cycling isnt supported too much imo because its effects are basically mediated through endocrine modulation not receptor desensitization
- potential sleep architecture disruptionn
Ashwaganda
ashwaganda pretty much just mostly acts through {GABA}ergic modulation and cortisol suppression
-excessive cortisol reductiion though could mpair stress response homeostasis
-potential emotional blunting
-potential thyroid hormone modulation especially forr {T4}to {T3}conversion
-potential gastrointestinal irritation
Magnesium Bysglycinate
pretty well tolerated
-magnesium can induce osmotic laxation in some ppl
-co‑ingestion with zinc could cause competitive absorption interference
-some ppl alr have dequate magnesium status
in the other realm of things
this stack is good b/c
Creatine basically supports cellular energy metabolism
this is b/c Creatine increases phosphocreatine stores improving
-ATP regeneration
-muscle contraction efficiency
-resistance training performance
-cognitive energy buffering in the brain
Vitamin D basically regulates endocrine and immune pathways
this is b/c Vitamin D acts like a hormone even though itss literaly a vitamin supporting
-calcium homeostasis
-bone mineralization
-immune modulation
-testosterone synthesis but its indirect b/c through {LH} signalling
-mood regulation from {VDR} receptors in the brain
Zinc is esential for hormone production and enzyme function
required for over 300 enzymatic reactions I'll list some below ig
-androgen receptor function
-testosterone synthesis
-immune cell signaling
-antioxidant enzyme activity ({SOD} Pathway)
Omega 3's are anti‑inflammatory and membrane‑supportive
so {EPA} and {DHA} improve
-cell membrane fluidity
-neurotransmitter signaling
-cardiovascular health
-systemic inflammation reduction
-brain function
BTW Omega-3s also balance the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio
Tongkat Ali Modulates the HPG axis
research shows
-increased free testosterone from {SHBG} reduction
-improved cortisol to testosterone ratio
-enhanced mood and libido
-improved energy from dopaminergic modulation
so basically it works on test and HPG axis
Ashwaganda contributes to regulating the HPA axis
Ashwaganda reduces cortisol which can basically
-improve sleep
-reduce anxiety
-enhance recovery
-improve testosterone indirectly b/c high cortisol suppresses {T}
also ashwaganda has mildd GABAergic effects basically supporting further relaxation
Magnesium Bisglycinate Supports neuromuscular and even metabolic function
Magnesium is required for
-ATP synthesis
-muscle relaxation
-nerve conduction
-sleep quality
-stress regulation
-glucose metabolism
Bisglycinate is pretty much one of the most bioavailable forms though
Creatine -5000mg {5mg} medium dosage
Vitamin D -2000IU medium dosage
Zinc - 30mg Somewhat High dosage
Omega-3 - 2000mg medium dosage
Tongkat Ali - 500mg Slightly above medium dosage
Ashwaganda - 600mg medium dosage
Magnesium Bisglycinate - 400mg medium dosage
Better Alternatives:
Creapure creatine monohydrate (highest form)
Vitamin D paired with K2 {MK-7}
Zinc 15 mg + copper 1–2 mg
Triglyceride‑form omega‑3 (high EPA/DHA)
Fadogia (risky don't do unless perfectly executed)
Forskolin
Rhodiola rosea
L‑theanine
Magnesium L‑threonate
Magnesium malate
SORRY IF THIS ADVICE SUCKS I RUSHED IT
CORRECT ANYTHING IF IM WRONG BTW
