Am I hitting everything? I'm currently taking daily:
- Creatine - 5,000mg
- Vitamin D - 2,000 IU
- Zinc - 30mg
- Omega-3s - 2,000mg
- Tongkat Ali - 500mg (I only take this one on weekdays to try to prevent tolerance)
- Ashwagandha - 600mg
- Magnesium Bisglycinate - 400mg
