Everything else can be found in food (protein = eggs, preworkout = coffee)
Also most of supplements are made from poor quality products. Cheap forms of zinc and magnesium aren't absorbed correctly (citrare vs bisglycinate), protein powders are made from industrial cheddar cheese leftovers (GMP glycomacropeptides) and are artificially bleached and flavours added. Ashwagandha is often caught higher levels of mercury because how extraction is made etc
