Does anyone here know anything about surgeries if so what should I do, I'm already thinking jaw and zygote implants and either aqualix or buccal fat removal and probably filler for my chin but not really a surgery

your biggest flaw is your mouth to nose ratio so i would suggest a palate expander or lateral commissuroplasty (4mm-7mm per side).
