i feel as though saggy undereye is not mentioned enough, people seem to discuss only almond eye, hunter eye, UEE, or canthal tilt

"pct", "almond eyes", "nct" you guys have no idea what dimorphism is. You're just from TikTok, thinking canthal tilt is the most important factor when it comes to eye shape. This guy's problem is not a negative canthal tilt, it's his high-set eyebrows and their shape, which give his eye area a very feminine appearance, and that's not appealing at all. He does have a negative canthal tilt, but that's not his main issue. A positive canthal tilt would barely affect his dimorphism and would still make his eyes unappealing.
