I have genuinely been struggling with getting the proper amount of sleep recently and I am not quite sure how to combat it, I want to get like 8-10 hours of sleep minimum.

Stop being on your phone an hour at least before sleeping

An hour before you go to bed you should stop looking at blue light. Do not eat or drink water past 1 hour and a half before bed time. Sleep on your back and not on your side so you don't fuck up your face. Make sure you don't mouth breathe so you might want to get masking tape. Then, sleep 9-10 hours. 8 is the bare minimum.
 
i give up. its 10:24 AM. does it even count as going to sleep anymore?

Avoid drinking anything an hour before bed, be active for at least 30 minutes in the day, don’t eat 2-3 hours before bed, stop any high intensity training 3 hours, get to bed before 10:30, drop any blue light an hour before bed, sleep at the same time every day, get in the sun every morning
