Lots of shit to unpack here. First, a split cant be “objectively the worst” there are other factors like genetics, effort, and supplements. Second, your physique is pretty lame and you also think your insertions are good (they suck) showing I know more then you.

more then 5 sets per muscle per day= basically no extra gains and just much more fatigue
3 sets should be your limit in any good routine because after that your just gaining fatigue for less gains which means more rest needed and less gains overall
thats why a split that allows you to train as much as possible is best
because more sets dont equal more gains past 3-4 sets it js makes u more tired
in the time span it takes you to hit your full split an upper lower split would of exersized those muscles around 2-3 times with 90% of the gains each time

So that’s not “bones” it’s the muscle that’s connected, even if it was bones there wouldn’t be that ripple effect.

atrophy starts aroun 4 days after your last exersize
its just not truly noticable until around a week and a half

No one said by definition my pecs are connected, but in the body building definition of it there is no observational separation.

That’s why on the stretch there is a ripple affect between the pecs, it happens to Arnold and me. This is just an objective observation I highlighted in red
