i noticed that girls kinda rush for a relationship , i usually take an open path since i dont want commitment ( fast life genes ) but without me clarifying , they try to cuff me as soon as possible
so a question to the girls , why does this happens ?

its the opposite to me

I read somewhere there's actually a biological imperative for us to want a consistent, committed relationship lol. a woman in love develops a chemical bond in her brain that men don't have the capability to. it works almost like addiction, and the feeling is so craved after that being "delulu" is now normalised (ignoring obvious character flaws, making a potential suitor appear perfect) in order to mimic the drug-like effects of true love on women. if this connection is broken off, the woman will still possess residual feelings and almost experience withdrawal symptoms while the man can move on much quicker. probably reflective of the fact that a woman must stay impregnated for 9 months while men are fertile year round and have a lot more reproductive capacity - oxytocin is also released during childbirth and pregnancy to form a bond with both partner(s) and child. For men, the hormone that mediates attachment is vasopressin, which works a little differently and takes longer to kick in.
