You people make it so f*****g complicated. Losing weight is as simple as a caloric deficit. Calories in calories out. Burn more calories then you consume/eat less calories then your normal maintence so your body is forced to feed off your fat and etc to survive

im not anorexic, quite healthy actually. i mentioned that im an athlete, well i was. im not in school anymore so i dont exercise as much as i would so my muscles are getting soft. i think they're turning to fat thats why i wanna lose weight.
