what type of foods you are eating? this might be serious inflammation from diary or gluten, or might be your period i get insanley swollen a week before and the week of my period

it can last a month and a bit more or a few days, depends
It’s probably an intolerance to something you eat often maybe gluten ?

it lasts sometimes up to a month so it’s not my period.
i eat A LOT of dairy, around 4-5 portion a day, but i’m not lactose intolerant, is it still a problem?

it can still cause inflamation even if ouarent lactose intolorant, try cutting out diary if that dosent work theres this diet where people with IBS cut out every food from their diet and slowly intoduce them everyday/every week to see what causes issues.
