So you too want to hit that golden range of 10-12% bodyfat? To have chiseled cheekbones, visible abs without even flexing and that lean, aesthetic look that mogs most of the guys u see on the street?
Stop huffing on that copium and face the reality:
Some of you will probably never get lean, not because it's not possible for you. It's simply because you're not disciplined, lazy, and full of excuses. Might be harsh to read, but it's the truth.
Let me break down why it's just not going to happen for some of you guys.

Some of you will probably never get lean, not because it's not possible for you. It's simply because you're not disciplined, lazy, and full of excuses. Might be harsh to read, but it's the truth.
Let me break down why it's just not going to happen for some of you guys.

1. Your Mentality isn't right
To truly get down into lower bodyfat percentages and I mean 10-12% bf. You will have to put the fork down.
Most overweight people generally eat out of boredom. You eat because you're addicted to dopamine, you keep chasing the next hit of greasy, processed garbage foods. Keep doing that if you never want to see yourself with abs.

From now on you will grab a glass of water instead of that large bag of chips that you crave. It will not be easy. Deal with the occasional hunger, and go to sleep.
2. Your Diet isn't Consistent
When it comes to dieting, you have to keep it simple. Choose some foods that you like eating and generally eat the same meals. Focus on eating high protein meals, to retain your muscle and make shedding fat easier. You want to have your breakfast and dinner dialled in atleast.
There are a whole bunch of methods that could work (intermittent fasting/OMAD/Keto etc.)
But, it all comes down to you being in a caloric deficit at the end of the day. And these methods won't work for everyone. You can't lose fat with magic so stop looking for the perfect method.
All these methods won't work if you can't stick to it. Choose one, and grind it out.
3. You Want Fast Results
Reality check: Losing bodyfat very often takes longer than you think. It will most likely take longer than a few weeks to finally get lean.
There are a whole bunch of guys on social media trying to speedrun themselves to 10% bodyfat. Hours of cardio every day, and using whatever method they know of to decrease their appetite, whilst barely eating. Can this work? Sure. But is this the best way to go about things?

Not really. You're just gonna stress yourself out by doing all that cardio, just to burn off a few more hundred calories. And some of those people will simply yo-yo themselves right back where they started after a while. Getting lean isn't a little 30-day challenge you're probably looking at a few months of hard work. You have to choose a plan you can commmit to. You'll also be less likely to lose motivation along the lines.
4. You're too hard on yourself
When you mess up, don't be so hard on yourself the next day. One meal or a bad day won't erase weeks of progress. Worst thing you can do is to feel guilty and try to make up for it somehow. Don't go on these long waterfasts or do tons of cardio.
Just resume your plan and get back to work, no punishment.

5. You love making excuses
"I am never going to be lean anyways". These same people have not actually put in the effort. And at the end of the day, nobody cares about the guy that never made it. You have to go into this with a winner's mentality.
Imagine yourself in a few months from now, lean and being able to take your shirt off on the beach. Face looking chiseled, abs without even flexing hard. Keep imagining that you WILL be this person, until you GET there.
6. You don't think its worth it
You guys simply don't believe it will be beneficial for you to be lean.
The thing is, you don't even have a clue of what you truly look like being at a lower bodyfat percentage. Unless you get there.
If you're going into a cutting phase with this mentality.. Great job you are probably not going to get lean. There is no reason to go into a cut unless you're 100% commmited to it. If you're not ready to go all in, then don't bother at all.

Summer is not gonna wait for you. If you really want to get to that elite stage then it's time to put in the work now.
Inb4 water, YES I KNOW, but some people might need this.
If you made it this far, then share your current stats and your current leanmaxxing plan. Let's motivate each other on this thread.

Remember why you started.
