Worked out today

Nice!!
best exercises are compound lifts, you can train all your muscles in a few exercises. Doing separate exercises for each muscle is not optimal
I used to gymcel so ik about this but compound is good for athleticism. Compounds dont apply strain specifically to certain muscles. There's a concept called "accessory work" which is like your rear and lateral delts, forearms, etc. All these muscles that dont get strained or stressed enough you would add into your workouts if you're lets say bodybuilding but yes compounds are the best for time, efficiency, athleticism.

Please make sure you train your traps too. i know it may seem the clavicle look smaller but it adds to you physique so much.
Traps in your case wont ruin your shoulder width because of clavicle length, meaning that you wont have the shrugged shoulder look. remember to train front delts too.
