do lateral raise

I’m 16 and have wide clavicles what workout routine would ascend the frame?
Work out side delts, lats, and front delts
cable lat raise, lat pulldown, and a pressing movement is perfect

The frame muscles :
- Upper pec (Incline dumbell bench, gundill shrugs etc)

- Whole back : lats and middle/lower traps (elbows close to the body on any vertical/horzontal pull for lats, elbows away from the body to target traps and teres major muscles). Pullovers are mandatory

- Shoulders : Front, Side and rear delts (upright rows, Presses, seesaw presses, lateral raises, rear delts flyes)

- Unironically the lateral head of the triceps (located behind the shoulder, it can helps "pop up" the shoulder. Any rope extension with a internal rotation and a slight pinky finger above thumb at the hand of the movement
