Hey guys, I'm Dirt. Not giving my real name lol. I'm a bit of a fatty — tall, 6'3", BMI is currently 36.6. I'm currently 293 pounds, down from a BMI of 38 (I don't know the exact pounds I started at). Currently on semaglutide injectable and I'm a 19M.
