Body & Weight Goal
Goal: Gain 30 lbs and reach 150 lbs before June to start MMA.
- I started locked in back in February at 118 lbs and climbed to 128 lbs.
- After my injury, I dropped back to 118 lbs, and now I’m around 120 lbs.
- I’m currently eating 3,500 calories and 150–170g of protein per day, but I’m still losing weight.
- Before the injury, I gained easily on 2,500 calories + a mass gainer, but once I ran out the downfall.
- This month was inconsistent, but last week I got fully locked back in with training.
Face / Skin Routine
Goal: Look better facially and keep breakouts under control.- When I get acne, I use CeraVe Acne Control Gel.
- I wash my face with Bioré Clear & Breathable Acne Clearing Cleanser.
- My breakouts stay low to mid level and usually last only a couple of days.
- I barely eat sugar and stay hydrated with 1–2 liters of water daily.
Lifestyle & Personal Goal
Goal: Hit 150 lbs by June, look good, confidently.look bigger have a bigger frame
