I've done some gym through the years, some calisthenics and some swimming.
With consistency I've been working out from 1 to 3 times per week for almost one year.
For 10reps I'm using these weights:
Deadlift 60kg (ā132lb)
Squat 40kg (ā88lb)
Lat machine 45kg (ā99lb)
Inclined bench 35kg (ā77lb)...
I never know how many times I can train every week because I have an unpredictable work schedule.
So I created a two split plan in which, regardless of the day, I simply remember if the previous workout was A or B.
Let's discuss about strengths and weaknesses of this plan.

The thing is that I grow patchy beard on the cheeks so the only two options are goatee or full shaven.
I would go for the full shaven, but I've often been told that without a beard I lose masculinity, plus the goatee hides a little bit...
For acne antibiotic cream worked for me when I was teen. Eye bags: sleeping more. One of my best friends is a dentist, he told me to go for carbamide or hydrogen peroxide bleaching and stay away from baking soda which is corrosive.
