I started a fast yesterday. it’s nothing impressive, I’m doing 72 hours. I’m so close to my lw I could be there before my birthday. Four Kilograms isn’t a lot but it seems so much. I’m just excited.
I haven’t been posting my diet, as to not clog up the site, but I’ve been following perfectly, eating a little under sometimes. I’ve been going on daily walks, though they aren’t that long.. 3500 steps at minimum on top of whatever steps I do through the day.
I’m happy that I ate less than 500 calories so far, my limit is 900, I’ve had 430 not including calories I’ve burnt. It’s 8 pm so I imagine I may have some more but nothing over my limit.
I’m glad my mom doesn’t speak English- or really nobody where I live for that matter. I assume people who know I speak English think I’m chronically online or significantly more intelligent, which very may well be true- I’ll leave it up to you to decide which one. I listen to primarily English...
My walk was cut short because I felt pretty weak, 3.5k steps only. My calorie limit is 900 today and I just ate some fruit and had some coffee, 140 calories.

My cal limit today is 900, and I’ve already had 463. I wanted to ask what you guys think I should do with the rest of my limit today; my mom got me cheese strings and I think we have some downstairs, yet I’m worried about being hungry later and overeating. I knew I shouldn’t have had banana milk.
