17 year old looking to looks max significantly in the next year

Yo , hello everyone I'm Izoku I want to find help on improving mainly two things about my appearance, one being my big eyes due to my huge orbitals, and my grossly amount of UEE which I feel like has had a major impact on how attractive I am perceived by others. My genetics are really mid as I come from Ethiopia which don't get me wrong there are a lot of good-looking people there but generally speaking the genetic pool isn't great.
