5k for jaw surgery

i want to get double jaw surgery and found this place that has it for $5-7k. that’s insanely cheap and their reviews are pretty good. i’m broke right now so should i risk getting botched or continue looking the same.

wait guys I want to do surgery and go to turkey but im so scared to be more buffed what il doing is chin and implant in tha jaw and a nose surgery to get out of this fucking curb what I fear is asymmetrical issues

Usually you need to get braces both before and after jaw surgery, so it's gonna cost more than 5k regardless.
 
Don’t treat this like buying clothes. Oh it’s cheap so I should get it
