Alarplasty or full Rhinoplasty?

Im js wondering if a full Rhinoplasty is necessary or just an Alarplasty, cuz my nose is lowkey good on my side profile and I feel like it works other than my nostrils (?)

i feel like alarplasty is more beneficial in your case
