I’m 20, 6ft, mixed and probably a high-mid tier normie, but I look like I’ve given up on life half the time. I’m late diagnosed level 2 autistic and struggle to motivate myself to do basic shit like taking care of my appearance. Being broke doesn’t help when even getting a haircut feels like an investment. i have tried all the medications but i just cannot find the stability to improve, sad thing is that during my teen years at least 2 or 3 girls where interested in me but i di not recipricate since i was not happy with my own looks.

How do you guys motivate yourselves to actually take care of your looks? I know I could look a lot better but I just can’t seem to get myself to put in the effort.

End ur life no one cares fuck this shitty forum

i personally try and make it as easy as possible. for instance, rn for working out i only train neck and side delts bc they have the highest roi and i do it from home since too lazy to go to a gym. it works and there isnt a lot of effort needed + only takes like 15 mins 3 times a week

for diet i eat the exact same things every day so that i dont have to stress over what i want to eat

for skincare i only use sunscreen and vaseline for brows. sure ppl recommend using cleanser + moisturizer as well, but i think in my case its not worth it since the sunscreen makes my skin look shinier and better in the first place

so just take that general principle. make things as easy as possible so ur more likely to actually do it

as for hair, u could go for something very low maintenance like a buzz if u suit it. or just longer in general no need for a fancy fade or whatever. just style it well and u wont need a haircut often
