If I’m being brutally honest i was so defeated by the fact that there was no intervention to my chronic mouth breathing until i was 14, and how the ortho decided to extract 4 premolars from my already extremely narrow palate that I started a business to afford all my surgeries lol. 17m South Korean 18% bf, anyone have suggestions for surgery? Was considering a genio in conjunction with paranasal implants + radix implants and a rhino, maybe a commisuroplasty aswell. I’ve had braces, have a narrow palate, 4 premolar extractions, moderately downgrown mouth breathing face. Is orthognathic surgery even worth it? I’m aware the potential for getting dog faced is high for projecting jaws for Asians

If you have knowledge of hardmaxxes for Asian pheno lmk, or if you know any other forums which would be of more help it would be greatly appreciated - also on accutane so skin isn’t issue.


TLDR - what hardmaxxes should a Korean (me) get for achieving better harmony for my pheno

Consult with the doctor for Accutane and have a nice skincare routine to pair with it as well as looking into exogenous hormones specifically try and gh only and some glp agonists to lean out to that 10-12% body fat and make sure everything is under medical supervision and make sure you are doing your own research heavily don't dnr sides or possible consequences be smart.
