am lwky desperate for bones already got wide zygos but not from the front, and got mid ass chin. tried bone smashing with whatever hard thing i got but lowkey dont wanna cope. ive been against bone smashing but its been hard lately

pubertymaxing worked but too much, it made zygos flare out but now my face is wide, lowkey it might just be a fat problem, maybe i would look better with hallow cheeks

should lose after puberty? am kinda eatin too much clean food to get the most nutrients till my puberty is done
Continue that way, don't get into a caloric deficit until you're done

I personally free styled it. So here is what i did:
Breakfast starts with milk (2 cups is enough, more if u like) so i wont crave sweets later on, and 2-4 eggs and maybe some bread and a fruit
Lunch is either chicken, meat, fish, something and with it is like another fruit and the rest of the milk ( another 2-3 cups)
Dinner is whatever my mom makes and another fruit and meats. And sometimes not eat dinner cuz am full from eating all day.
I also recommend training like swimming/basketball/boxing/taekwondo whatever bro just move ur body
And this is the most important part, *sleep 8 to 10 hours daily* could be hard to do but hgh is released during deep sleep and correct sercadian rythem (forgot how to write it) and dont forget mewing, its not cope
