very good stuff, watch video if you can you wont be disappointed

point is that we all should breath less

the more you breath the less oxygen you will have

the less you breath the more carbon dioxide you will have = calmer, confident and much healthier you will be

so if you are anxious, panicking, under drugs and going crazy, dont open your mouth and breath as much you can, your blood pressure will rise, your blood sugar will rise, you will feel even worse in seconds

what you should do is stop breating, litteraly exhale and wait until a desire for breathing arises, than breathe, then exhale again, and you will calm your ass down same way as benzos or heroin will(they bind to gaba and your breathing slows down forcing your heart to slow down forcing your blood pressure to drop down)

Just so you know steroids and heroin and benzos increase your carbon dioxide which makes you chill as hell, while caffeine and stimulants decrease it and make you awkward as hell.

It is most commonly used as a supportive treatment in the following conditions Asthma, Allergies, Nasal congestion, Panic attacks and anxiety, Sleep problems, Chronic fatigue. (It is not a replacement for medical treatment it is a supportive method)

Just one hour, people here spend hours a day on pointless things, I think one hour of this kind of thing is worth its weight in gold.

The goal isn't to hold your breath for a long time. The goal is to remain calm with the urge to breathe.

Buteyko uses a "control pause" (CP).
Sit comfortably.
Breathe in normally through your nose.
Breathe out normally.
Close your nose.
Hold your breath until the first clear urge to breathe comes (not choking, but the point where you feel like you want to breathe again). Count the time in seconds.
No straining.

What do the durations mean?
5–10 seconds breathing pattern very precise (very common)
10–20 seconds moderate
20–30 seconds good
40+ seconds very good
For most people, 5–15 seconds is normal initially.
