Yo so my question is, can someone help me with good diet.
So my curently diet looks like this:
I dont drink much water(i know i should) and idk how much i should so its first
I eat everything they give me so is there smth i should not eat? something that doesnt helps with debloating and being slim fit(lol)
I dont eat sugar like raw sugar, i dont put it in my tea etc but i eat sweets like not really much but i eat. so should i cut out sugar totally or can i eat some bc sometimes i really need it and i dont know if there is something different i can get energy from, some advices?
