change "sad" reaction + add more prefixes

for the reaction, it barely even looks like a frown. add smth like this:



and for prefixes, add:
[Information]
[Cope]
[It's Over]
...

and change [NEWS] and make it [News] cause it doesnt fit, the others are all caps cause they are short for something tbh...
