yeah don’t go into a crazy deficit for sure

i would start at 300-500 calorie deficit and go from there

I need to take like 4 scoops of protein while on reta so i can keep my lean mass
Tbh ive been gaining muscle mass during puberty so my weight has been going up as i actually didnt get like visually any fatter after gaining a bunch of weight (i got way stronger so i assume muscle)

light cardio will be ur best friend too
 
Jaw is law is cope compared to the eyes
Eye area is the most important part of your face
Jaw is still very important 2nd most important area i agree with that though
You can always get jaw surgery but eyes is scary
foid slayer can explain better than me why jaw is law ngl but he changed my mind on it cuz i used to run eye is law too

It wont be a true deficit as metabolic rate will go up on reta and it very hard to lose weight on a TRUE caloric surplus thermodynamically
But i will eat surplus of my baseline and the metabolic boost will probably make it a deficit
Idk i need to research more ts might not be totally accurate

Also account for the fact that protein has a 30 percent thermic effect, which means 30 percent of its calories are burned just from digesting it.


So fats, carbs, and proteins arent equal despite people saying "calories are calories"

But like if i can reach a certain level without constantly needing a certain substance i’d much rather do that as there is definitely a point of diminishing returns while ascending
I will see once i am ~15% body fat
