i would start at 300-500 calorie deficit and go from there
I need to take like 4 scoops of protein while on reta so i can keep my lean mass
Tbh ive been gaining muscle mass during puberty so my weight has been going up as i actually didnt get like visually any fatter after gaining a bunch of weight (i got way stronger so i assume muscle)
