walking in of itself is very benefical, it reduces cortisol and is a good form of cardio that you can do everyday, you should aim to get ATLEAST 10k steps a day.
however walking in nature is much better than walking in urban areas.
Walking in a forest environment decreased mean cortisol concentration from 9.70 to 8.37 nmol/L,
Whereas walking in an urban environment barely changed mean cortisol concentration, from 10.28 to 10.01 nmol/L

if you make them chew soft food and dont breast feed them not breast feeding can contribute to a reccessed maxilla and chewing soft food will under develop their jaw
not breastfeeding and giving giving babies bullshit like dummies are also related to ashmta i think
not to mention breastfeeding is the best for the babies health in general out of other alternatives.
obviosuly while you are breastfeeding keep ur diet in check and avoid bad stuff.

My thread i believe to be helpful is linked here. Specifically Regarding the Google Doc im referring to in the thread i linked is essentially private that's why im asking others to Pm if they're interested. if it was any other circumstance i would give all links info etc. Despite the fact i'm rather new to the forum i am motivated to help others, not only that i plan to start content creation fully learning as i progress. I don't feel the need for bias or to gate keep if anyone comes my way I'm willing to tell them what i can, an open book so to speak.
