walking in of itself is very benefical, it reduces cortisol and is a good form of cardio that you can do everyday, you should aim to get ATLEAST 10k steps a day.
however walking in nature is much better than walking in urban areas.

My thread i believe to be helpful is linked here. Specifically Regarding the Google Doc im referring to in the thread i linked is essentially private that's why im asking others to Pm if they're interested. if it was any other circumstance i would give all links info etc. Despite the fact i'm rather new to the forum i am motivated to help others, not only that i plan to start content creation fully learning as i progress. I started dutasteride and oral minoxidil for my hair loss, gym 3x week for leanmaxxing, tret + basic skincare for face, blood test to see nutrient deficiencies, scheduling genioplasty for recessed chin (hopefully within next 6 months I get the money required, then hardmax time).

I started around 1.5 to 2 months ago at 70.5kg, I have made some minor improvements. I was extremely bloated and face had no angularity + shit haircut + fatter face. I was tired in the before images, the images are completely before beginning any softmaxxes, I have improved diet and debloated as well as lost 2 kgs of fat.

Before ~2 months 70.5kg to 71kg
Now 67.9 to 68.7 kg (yes it varies that much)



Current goals are:
~12% BF at ~68kg (currently 12% is around 64kg, so I want more muscle less fat)
clear skin (still have a long way to go, I also have back acne)
genioplasty for recessed chin (already scheduled and spoken to specialists and surgeons about it, just getting the money, i AM employed)
heightmax to a consistent 6ft, currently 5'11" (using adult height maxxing (growth plates most likely closed)

I've still got a long way to go. I'd estimate current BF is around 18% - 19%, and I believe a genioplasty will improve my jawline and offer the possibility of hollow cheeks if at low bodyfat
